About Sea Salts and Sail Festival
Sea Salts and Sail Festival is a traditional sailing festival held in Mousehole, Cornwall.
The festival is run by volunteers. We do our best to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but details may change from time to time.

Website content
The information on this website is provided for general information about the festival. We try to make sure details are correct, but we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or current.
We may update, change or remove website content at any time.
Festival details and changes
Festival dates, times, events, entertainment, boats, stalls and other arrangements may be changed, postponed or cancelled if necessary.
This may be due to weather, safety concerns, harbour conditions, volunteer availability, operational needs or circumstances beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to share important updates through the website or other festival communication channels.
Boat booking forms
Submitting a boat booking form does not guarantee acceptance or a place at the festival.
The organisers may review boat details before confirming participation. This helps us maintain the traditional character, safety and smooth running of the event.
By submitting a boat booking form, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Boat owners and skippers are responsible for ensuring that their vessel is safe, seaworthy, appropriately insured and operated in accordance with any relevant laws, harbour requirements and festival instructions.
Stall booking forms
Submitting a stall booking form does not guarantee acceptance or a place at the festival.
The organisers may review stall applications before confirming participation. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw a stall booking where necessary.
By submitting a stall booking form, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Stallholders are responsible for having suitable public liability insurance and for complying with any relevant food hygiene, safety, trading or licensing requirements that apply to their stall.
Payments, donations and fees
Some payments may be collected through third-party payment providers, such as SumUp or WooCommerce-supported payment services.
If you make a donation, please note that donations are voluntary and are normally non-refundable unless there has been an error or another exceptional circumstance.
If a booking fee, stall fee or other payment applies, payment details will be confirmed separately or shown at the point of payment.
Digital programme purchases
The digital programme is supplied as digital content.
Once payment has been completed, access to the digital programme will be made available as soon as possible.
Because this is digital content, you agree that access may begin immediately after purchase. Once access or download has started, you may lose your right to cancel the order unless the digital programme is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied.
If you have a problem accessing the digital programme, please email enquiries@seasalts.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
Refunds
Refunds for digital programme purchases will usually only be offered if:
- the programme cannot be accessed or supplied;
- the digital content is faulty;
- the digital content is significantly different from its description; or
- we are required to provide a refund by law.
Refunds for other payments, such as booking-related payments, will be considered depending on the circumstances.
